Hello all!
For those of you who weren’t at the meeting tonight, here’s a little recap of what we talked about:
- If you want to be on a committee, e-mail Jenny Holmquist, holmquist.j@gmail.com, ASAP. Committee descriptions are under the “Get Involved” tab.
- I gave away about 30 T-Shirts, so you just missed out on that one.
- Membership applications are due October 15. Please write a CHECK (no cash) for $60 to PRSSA, and give it to one of the officers, Dr. Jones or Donna LeBlonde, the Grady secretary. MAKE SURE you get a receipt when you give them your money.
- The Creative Consultants meeting is TOMORROW, Thursday, August 28 at 6:30 p.m. in room 101 of the SLC. If you’re interested in being a part of a team (which you should), you need to come! If you can’t make it, e-mail Kaitlyn Darr, krdarr@uga.edu, and express your interest. You can even make her happier by filling out the Creative Consultants application and attaching it to your e-mail.
- If you want to be an account executive or junior account executive, interviews will be required for the positions to help fit you with the best account.
- Business cards are for sale. Dr. Jones will make 50 of them for $10. All account and junior account execs will be required to have them.
